Welcome!
Meet Gallacis Lebrant, visionary inventor
—
Our little museum in Annecy, France is dedicated to the memory and life's work of Gallacis Lebrant.
Lebrant was famous for "inventing" machines that could not be built. Some of his work was truly before its time, and some is still incomprehensible to modern-day engineers and physicists.
He was a prolific inventor and author and has left hundreds of works behind in various fields: engineering, physics, poetry, philosophy, and even alchemy!
